Business activities

Focusing on two business activities: crop production and livestock husbandry, with the main products being pig, banana, and durian.

Fruits growing: Banana and Durian

Banana and durian are HAGL's two flagship products that the company is focusing on planting, growing, and harvesting. By the end of 2023, the banana plantations covered an area of 7,000 hectares and the durian plantations covered 1,500 hectares.

Livestock farming: Banana-Fed Pigs

HAGL owns 10 clusters of barns with a capacity of 24,000 sows and 600,000 hogs.

Football

Although football is not HAGL's major business activity, the company has earned recognition as a significant contributor to the development of Vietnamese football.

To successfully implement business strategy over the next seven years, HAGL will innovate the company's governance and management system. To effectively implement the strategy and realize its vision, HAGL will focus on main strategic objectives while ensuring balanced performance across different perspectives: customer, organizational capacity, internal process, and financial.
