On November 2, 2024, at Rex Hotel, 141 Nguyen Hue, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HAGL) and KINGFOODMART conducted a signing ceremony for strategic cooperation agreement on product distribution to bring HAGL's agricultural products into the KINGFOODMART chain. At this event, the two businesses also offer announced a giveaway promotion offering free 1 million Pleiku Sweet bananas to express gratitude to customers, and at the same time launched a number of HAGL green agricultural products.
Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group has started its agribusiness in 2007, spending 17 years of investing and developing with many efforts to do responsible agriculture. HAGL's safe products of high quality radically apply circular agriculture, meeting GLOBALG.A.P, Viet GAP standards and strictly comply with the regulations of orchard codes and packaging houses when exporting to Japan, South Korea and China. Banana, durian, and banana-fed pork are preserved in cold storage to maintain fresh quality from harvest until they are delivered to consumers. We are committed to clear and transparent traceability. Where after-sales quality problems arise, HAGL is ready to cooperate with customers to handle them in no time.
After a period of research and pilot production, HAGL Group officially launched into market a number of green agricultural products to serve domestic consumers.
Hoang Anh Gia Lai has officially distributed fresh agricultural products, harvested daily from the group's farms such as bananas, durians, and banana-fed pork through Kingfoodmart chain. This cooperation will also continue with the distribution of other HAGL products (to be disclosed by HAGL in the near future)

Sharing the reason for cooperating with Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thuy - CEO of Kingfoodmart said: “Kingfoodmart and HAGL met on the journey of finding high-quality Vietnamese products for Vietnamese people. On launching this strategic cooperation, Mr. Duc gave away 1 million Pleiku Sweet highland bananas to Kingfoodmart customers in the city for a try through Kingfoodmart chain in Saigon and Binh Duong as well as its ecosystem from November 2 until the giveaways run out. Customers can get a combo of 4-5 bananas for free in many ways including:
A) Visit the website Kingfoodmart.com or OneLife membership application to view the product and then register to place order for and then collect the products at Kingfoodmart stores or for home delivery
B) Visit any Kingfoodmart supermarket to get the bananas.
