HAGL organizes Phu Dong Complex Groundbreaking and Employee Appreciation Ceremony
Gia Lai, January 18, 2026 – Hoang Anh Gia Lai Joint Stock Company (HAGL) organized the Groundbreaking Ceremony for the Phu Dong High-Rise Residential and Commercial Complex Project. Following the ceremony, HAGL also held an Employee Appreciation Ceremony to honor employees who have made significant contributions throughout the formation and development of the Group.
The Groundbreaking Ceremony was attended by leaders of the Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee and the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee, along with representatives of relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities. Mr. Nguyen Huu Que, Vice Chairman of the Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee, and Mr. Dang Toan Thang, Chairman of the Pleiku Ward People’s Committee, delivered remarks at the ceremony.
The project has a land area of 6,993.2 m² and is designed with two basement levels and 22 above-ground floors. The podium (Floors 1 to 3) is designated for commercial and service purposes, while the tower (Floors 4 to 22) accommodates 610 apartment units. The total construction floor area is approximately 77,205 m².
The project is located on Nguyen Tat Thanh Street, Pleiku Ward, Gia Lai Province, featuring a convenient location with three street frontages, providing easy access to key facilities such as schools, squares, hospitals, supermarkets, and the airport.
Addressing the event, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, General Director of HAGL, remarked that despite the project’s prime location at the heart of the city with its three street frontages, it is positioned in a price range of VND 20 – 25 million per square meter. This attractive pricing has been carefully calculated by HAGL with the aim of meeting the actual housing needs of young customers.
Immediately after the groundbreaking ceremony for the Phu Dong complex, the Chairman of HAGL held a ceremony to express gratitude to employees who have made significant contributions to the Group for over 10 years. Under the theme: “Growing together - Building the future”, Chairman Doan Nguyen Duc and the Group’s leadership extended their appreciation to officers and employees who have dedicated themselves to the Company’s development, helping it overcome its most difficult periods.
To recognize the contributions and encourage long-term commitment of long-serving employees across the Hoang Anh Gia Lai Group, the Chairman and the Group’s Management presented them with significant rewards, including 160 apartments from the Phu Dong High-Rise Residential and Commercial Complex Project and ESOP shares.
Recognizing the past and acknowledging the contributions of previous generations of leadership, HAGL also paid tribute to 28 former Group leaders and employees who have been with HAGL since its establishment.
