Overall Assessment:
HAGL’s banana supply chain remains stable and fully operational, with no impact on export contract schedules or the 2025 financial plan.
Production for November – December remains on target, and the banana division’s revenue goal for 2025 is unchanged. Processing plants and cold storage are running normally, ensuring timely shipments to customers.
The weather has cleared up, with good drainage and healthy tree growth. The next flowering and fruiting stages are expected to develop steadily. Our technical teams are continuing to monitor nutrition and disease prevention to help the plantations recover quickly.
